Breakfast: 2 scoops Isopure Strawberry Protein Powder, Ice, 2 tbsp Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, Black Coffee. Net Carbs = 0

Snack: Cheddar -Chia – Flax Crackers. Net carbs = 1

Lunch: Buffalo Tofu Salad with Romaine, Cheddar, Spinach, Mushrooms, and Ken’s Caesar Dressing. Net Carbs = 7

Dinner: Chipotle Cauliflower Cheese Soup. Net Carb = 8
