buftofusay7Lunch: Spinach Salad with Buffalo Tofu, Cheddar and Blue Cheese Dressing. 7 Net Carbs.

Dinner: Nothing. I was stressed out, pissed off and ended up drinking 2 diet cherry vanilla cokes with vodka.  Not sure how to count the carbs. Technically, there are 0, but obviously, alcohol turns to sugar in the body..
